Patrickandjustin.com provides high-precision multiaxis CNC machining and spark erosion EDM for injection molds and stamping dies. All services are performed to micrometric tolerances and mirror finishes as specified in the agreed work order.
Clients must provide accurate technical drawings and specifications. Patrickandjustin.com commits to manufacturing parts within stated tolerances and delivery timelines. Any changes must be mutually agreed in writing.
Patrickandjustin.com's liability is limited to the value of the specific service order. We are not liable for consequential damages, production downtime, or tooling failures caused by improper use or modification by the client.
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments for completed work become due. Patrickandjustin.com reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance. Clients will be notified of material changes via email or website notice.
